Return and exchange policy: The customer has the right to request an exchange or return within one day from the date of receiving the order in case the product is damaged before opening and use. The customer does not have the right to return or exchange after 24 hours from the date of the order. The product must be in its original condition and unused. Handmade or custom-made products are only returnable in case of a defect. In case of a defect or error in the order, we bear full responsibility. The shipping costs for exchange or return are borne by the customer (except in case of store error).
